Blue Diamond Stakes Day is a favourite race day amongst my group of friends, as it’s the last big event of Summer racing. It was sadly also a farewell for one of our best friend’s who is moving interstate.
Being a Summer race day, whites and soft florals were definitely a hit around the track with bright pops of colour. I opted for a statement sleeve off the shoulder dress for a bit of fun paired a vintage pearl headband my mum made 30 years ago and gold heels.
The Westfield Style Stakes competition was back again so my girlfriends and I thought it would be fun to enter the Squad competition. We didn’t take away the winners sash on this occasion.. my mum did with her beautiful friends Amanda and Lisa!
It was a great day out with lots of Pim’s consumed, glorious weather and my mum was so excited to have her first fashion’s win. Hopefully we’ll see more sash’s coming her way!
