Crystal Kimber is a Fashions on the Field enthusiast and aspiring designer from Melbourne, the Spring Racing capital of Australia.

Crystal first became enamoured with fashion at the age of 10 while spending  time with her late grandmother who was a brilliant seamstress.  The texture, colour and pattern of fabric and the eye-catching glint of a button or embellishment was fascinating to her and so developed a love of design that was later  nurtured at university and continues to be in her current career in Fashion Marketing and PR.

Fashions on the Field presented itself as the perfect outlet for her design ambition.  Her love of great design and of course the hunt for the prized winner’s sash inspires her to compete each year in Fashions on the Field nationally.
